During our recent trip to Oregon we visited Ecola State Park on the northern coast. We were lucky to time our visit while a herd of Elk were grazing. They weren’t too concerned with our presence but kept an eye on us as we walked by.
It was beautiful to see them grazing right beside the Pacific Ocean.
I had high hopes for wildlife sightings and was blessed with elk and an eagle flying overhead. The eagle caught me off guard so it’s not the best photo, but it’s a memory!
